Empowered support for forward momentum
Our coaching is practical, collaborative, and focused on helping you take meaningful steps forward, whatever stage you're at. We work with you to set achievable goals, identify what’s getting in the way, and build new strategies that support lasting change.
This might look like developing better habits, making confident decisions, or tackling difficult life transitions. We offer a supportive space to explore what you want, and what's holding you back, while keeping you accountable and moving forward.
We also offer addiction recovery coaching, providing compassionate, non-judgemental support rooted in lived experience and evidence-informed practice. Whether you're at the beginning of your recovery journey or working to maintain progress, we walk alongside you with encouragement, structure, and care.
All coaching is trauma-informed, meaning we work sensitively with your pace and needs, always with respect for your lived experience and autonomy.

Wisdom, perspective and real-life insight
Mentoring offers a balance of encouragement, perspective, and practical support, especially when you're navigating something new, difficult, or uncertain. It’s about having someone in your corner who brings lived experience, honest reflection, and a grounded belief in your ability to grow.
We offer mentoring that is responsive, flexible, and deeply human. You might be facing a life transition, questioning old patterns, or trying to reconnect with your sense of purpose. Whatever the challenge, mentoring provides space to reflect, reframe, and take action, with someone who truly listens.
Our approach is relational and empowering. We don’t prescribe or problem-solve for you, but we do walk alongside you, helping you build confidence, clarity, and direction on your own terms.

Space to explore, heal and grow
Counselling offers a safe, confidential space to explore what’s going on beneath the surface, at your pace, in your way. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, grief, trauma, low self-worth, or something you can’t quite name, we’ll work together to understand your experience and support your healing.
Our counselling approach is integrative, which means we draw on different therapeutic models to suit your unique needs. This might include person-centred work, cognitive behavioural tools, or insights from psychodynamic theory. It’s not one-size-fits-all, it’s responsive, collaborative, and always grounded in respect for you.
We work in a trauma-informed way, acknowledging the impact of past experiences and creating a relationship built on trust, safety, and choice. Whether you're looking for clarity, coping strategies, or deeper emotional processing, counselling can help you reconnect with your inner resources and move forward with greater self-awareness.

Fuel your body, grow your mind
Food is more than fuel, it directly impacts mood, energy, focus, and emotional wellbeing. Our nutritional guidance is designed to support both mind and body, offering practical, evidence-based advice tailored to your individual needs, lifestyle, and goals.
Whether you're looking to improve gut health, manage stress, support recovery, or simply feel more balanced, we help you cut through the confusion and make sustainable changes that actually fit your life. No strict rules, no shame, just real support grounded in science and compassion.
With training in the links between nutrition and mental health, our approach is especially helpful for those navigating burnout, hormone shifts, mood fluctuations, or recovery from addiction. This is about nourishment, not perfection, and finding what helps you feel your best, from the inside out.
